We host the website on a private server so that it is secure, has regular back-ups. You can charge your client for hosting annually or monthly, it’s up to you! Our hosting charge is £39 + vat per month, billed annually or £80 per month + vat with regular updates.Â
Every website project is different. We will give you a template to use in order to draft your clients quotations (So no elements are missed!). It will allow you to add pages and desired features of your brochure website. We will also add in terms and conditions so that the client is clear. Ultimately you get to use our 15 years experience to deliver an excellent service!Â
At the end of the template will be our costs, simply use this to create your quotation, add your mark-up and send it to your client.Â

If a client is using their own images (phone images) they may not be ideal for website use. – We can help with sourcing or creating high-quality images and videos that perfectly showcase your client's products or services. If needed, we can even arrange photoshoots.

This ensures their business is easily discoverable in local search results, helping to drive foot traffic and inquiries directly from Google Search and Maps.
